Where are the houses?
Both houses stand above the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda near Cavaion Veronese (province of Verona), among olive groves and vineyards. The lakeside towns of Lazise and Bardolino are a few minutes' drive away, Verona around 30 minutes.
Can I book directly with no portal fee?
Yes. Both houses are let privately — you correspond directly with your host Susanne, with no platform or portal fee.
What is the difference between the Residenza and the Villa?
The Residenza (up to 12 guests, ~400 m², private sauna, heated infinity pool, built in 2022) is the cool, minimalist wellness retreat. Villa Cavaion (up to 11 guests, ~300 m², indoor hot tub, saltwater infinity pool) is the warm, sociable retreat.
Can both houses be booked together?
Yes. The Villa and the Residenza sit right next to each other and can be rented together — for large groups and celebrations of up to around 18 guests.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in both houses.
How does check-in work?
Self-check-in via Nuki / key box — contactless and flexible. Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
